Effective for: The website https://www.sevixo.in / https://sevixo.in and the Sevixo mobile application (“App”) (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Sevixo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1.1 By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2.1 Sevixo is a platform that enables connections between users who seek services (“Seekers”) and users who offer services (“Providers”). We provide technology (website and App) for discovery, matching, chat, and subscription/payment facilitation. We do not:
employ Providers or perform any services on their behalf;
guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any meeting or service arranged through the platform;
control the conduct of any user before, during, or after any meeting or interaction.
2.2 Any agreement, transaction, or interaction (including meetings, payments between users, or disputes) is between the users. Sevixo is not a party to such arrangements and has no obligation in respect of them except as stated in these Terms (e.g. refund policy).
3.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and keep your account details updated.3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@sevixo.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.3.3 One person or legal entity may maintain only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise.
4.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws (including the laws of India).4.2 You must not:
use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or harmful purpose;
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems;
collect or harvest other users’ data without their and our consent;
use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services or other users’ use.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any content you post or transmit through the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
5.1 Platform only. We only provide a platform to connect Seekers and Providers. We are not responsible for:
any conduct, behaviour, statements, or actions of any user (including Providers and Seekers);
any dispute, disagreement, altercation (verbal or physical), or conflict between users;
any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between users (including payments made outside the App);
the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any meeting, service, or interaction between users;
any loss, damage, injury, or harm (physical, financial, or otherwise) arising from or in connection with user meetings, interactions, or dealings.
5.2 Your risk. You use the Services and connect or meet with other users at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for making your own decisions about whom to connect with and where to meet. We do not conduct background checks on users and do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or behaviour of any user.5.3 Disputes between users. Any dispute (including but not limited to disputes about payment, quality of service, behaviour, or any incident between users) is solely between those users. Sevixo is not a party to such disputes and has no obligation to mediate, resolve, or compensate any user in connection with them. Users must resolve such disputes among themselves or through appropriate legal or law enforcement channels.
6.1 Subscription plans, pricing, and features are as displayed in the App or on the website. We may change pricing or plans on reasonable notice; continued use after the change may constitute acceptance.6.2 Payments are processed by Razorpay (or such other payment provider we use). Your use of the payment facility is subject to Razorpay’s terms and applicable card/network rules. We do not store your full card or bank details; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle payment-related data.6.3 Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy below or as required by applicable law.
7.1 Subscription and in-app purchases: Refunds for subscriptions or other in-app purchases are handled in accordance with our published refund policy (as updated from time to time) and applicable law. Generally, once a subscription period has started or a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds unless required by law or unless we expressly agree in writing.7.2 Disputes between users: Refunds are not provided merely because of a dispute, disagreement, or unsatisfactory experience between users (e.g. between a Seeker and a Provider). Such matters are between the users. We are not liable to refund one user because of the conduct or default of another user, except where we are expressly required to do so under applicable law or under our written refund policy.7.3 To request a refund that you believe is due under our policy or law, contact us at support@sevixo.in with your account details and reason. We will respond in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and consumer protection laws):
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We exclude all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher, except where a higher amount cannot be limited by law.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and survive termination of these Terms.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.1 The Services (including the App, website, design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Sevixo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.9.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal (or internal business) use in accordance with these Terms. This licence ends when your access is terminated or when these Terms are terminated.
10.1 You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have a subscription, you may cancel it as per the options provided in the App or website.10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, applicable law, or for operational, legal, or safety reasons.10.3 On termination: (a) your right to use the Services ceases immediately; (b) we may delete or retain your data as set out in our Privacy Policy; (c) provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12) will remain in effect.10.4 We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services, except as required by applicable law (e.g. refund of unused subscription where mandated).
11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the App or website.11.2 Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted (or after notice, if we give it) constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.12.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (other than disputes solely between users, which are not governed by this section) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.12.3 You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us in good faith by contacting us at support@sevixo.in before initiating any legal proceeding, except where we seek urgent relief (e.g. injunction).
13.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sevixo regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.13.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.13.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
