How to request deletion
Submit the deletion request using this form (or email us at support@sevixo.in).
Include:
Your account email
Your phone number (with country code) (if applicable)
Your user ID (if you have it)
Reason for deletion (optional)
We may verify ownership before processing (to prevent unauthorized deletions).
What happens after you request
We will deactivate your account and delete your account data from our active systems within [X days, e.g., 30 days] of verification.
We will also remove your profile information and related content/messages where applicable.
Data we may keep (and why) Some records may be retained as required by law or for security/fraud prevention, for example:
Billing/payment records: kept for [e.g., up to 7 years]
Legal compliance/security logs: kept for [e.g., as required by law]
Backups: deletion from backups may take up to [e.g., 30 days] (backup systems are overwritten on a rolling basis)
